our products and systems

The systems

The efficiency of buildings depends on the perfect integration of its technical equipment. CIAT has understood that only a global and comprehensive system approach enables all those functionalities to be integrated which preserve the well-being of occupants and reduce the environmental impact of the buildings.

These systems are specifically tailored for each type of application and represent the synthesis of our expertise:

  • HYSYS: the system that uses water loop technology for the comfort and air quality of tertiary buildings,
  • ENERGY HUB: efficient system for the production of cooling and heating,
  • DRYPACK: system for the thermal treatment of BIOGAS.

Remote management

CIAT develops intelligent MtoM supervision solutions which allow remote diagnoses to be carried out for the optimised use of your machines and systems.

In addition to the measurable financial savings, remote diagnosis reduces the impact on the environment.

Our products and systems take into account the current issues linked to sustainable development. For both our customers and ourselves, we have chosen to go even further in our environmental approach.

For our customers, this proactive remote assistance is an effective and reliable means for:

  • Keeping maintenance costs of your machines and systems in check,
  • Keeping CO2 emissions and the carbon footprint as low as possible

For us, this remote diagnosis allows us to:

  • Reduce our environmental impact by optimising our call outs,
  • Offer you real time solutions that enable us to reduce our CO2 and carbon emissions.

Because we must act in order to offer you the best technological solutions possible but also so that we may keep the impact of our activities on the environment under control.

CIAT ECOdesign

Identify then reduce the environmental impacts of our product system solutions

CIAT has adopted an ecodesign policy (ISO 14062) which aims to reduce the environmental impact of its products to a minimum:

  • By acting as early as possible in the design phase.
  • By implementing Life Cycle Assessments - LCA - (ISO 14040).

In practical terms, this process comprises 4 steps:

1/ EVALUATING the current situation.

2/ IDENTIFYING the environmental impacts that are a priority.

3/ DETERMINING the objectives for improvement.

4/ IDENTIFYING then EVALUATING the various technical solutions.

  • By generalising the Product Environmental Profiles - PEP - (ISO 14025) for each item of equipment, based on the LCA.
